The Sixth Angel - Of Fish
Gagiel attacked the Pacific Fleet, which
was escorting the new Eva 02 from
Germany to NERV Japan. Gagiel is large, around
one and a half times the
size of an aircraft carrier, and very fast
in the water.
Its main weapon is the fin on its back which
has cut many Pacific Fleet's
ships in half. It also uses its jaws. Its
core is located in the mouth. It took
the combined effort of Shinji, Asuka, and
Misato's plan to short range
frontal assult the Angel by sinking two battle
cruisers to defeat it.
