Chill Penguin-When you get to the part with the mech, jump up to the top level and punch or use the flamethrower on the igloo.

Flame Mammoth-Right where the floor is on fire-go to the chill penguin stage and beat it to calm the flames.

Subtank-Near heart tank, use dash boots at the top of the part where the miners throw picks at you

Spark Mandrill-towards the end of the level, where you descend multiple stairs, jump up on the wall, and then dash jump to the left the quickly move the the right-subtank at the beginning, use the boomerang

Armored Armadillo-After the second steamroller, hold right when falling to go ahead of him, and dash quickly to the right and jump in the gap Where the first steam roller is, let him go by, and check behind him, there is a sub tank.

Launch Octopus-when you get to the part with the waves that push you up, ride it up and destroy the ship. Follow it down and fight the electric eel, and then go right

Boomer Kuwanger-After getting boomers weapon, go back to his level and towards the end, throw the boomerang and on the way back, it will catch the tank.

Sting Chameleon-Right at the part where the rocks fall, jump down the first gap. Go to the right, break the bricks, and dash jump for the heart tank.

Storm Eagle-Get the dash boots, then ride the lift up, and jump to the left to above where you started.

E-Tank-where the first upwards lift is, destroy the enemy gun on there, and ride it up. In the glass room, kill the enemy and take the tank, bust out the right side by shooting the glass.

Megaman X Updgrade Locations

Storm Eagle-Helmet-this one is aprox. 3/4 through the level, just shoot the flammable containers, with Flame Mammoth's weapon to get to it.

Sting Chamleon-Armor-Near the beginning, go to the part where the rocks fall, and dash jump up to the cliff, where you have to fight a green boss to get the armor. Use storm eagles weapon or the mega buster on him.

Flame Mammoth-Mega Mega Buster-Near the beginning, near the miners that throw picks at you. You need the helmet to get this. Charge up your megabuster until it is red to use this weapon. Or Zero will give it to you in the first sigma stage.

Armored Armadillo-Hadoken-This one is kind of hard to get. I have never gotten it in the SNES version, but I have gotten it in the computer version.
Go to the end of the level, and ride the mine car until you get to the chasm. Jump off, but cling to the wall. Dont go to the boss door, instead, jump up get the power up, and dash jump into the cliff. Do this 5 times. On the 5th time, Dr.Light will show up in a container, dressed in a Ryu costume from Street Fighter! Get this powerup. It kills anything but sigma in a hit. To use it press down/diagonal down/forward shoot.
